Switzerland comprises three basic topographical areas namely the Swiss Alps, the Swiss plateau, and the Jura mountains. Switzerland has four official languages namely German, French, Italian and Romansh.
 
Chatel-Saint-Denis is a municipality and district capital of the district of Veveyse, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. The city has 4885 inhabitants as of the 2005 census. The city belongs to the medium sized municipalities of the canton Freiburg. Today the city offers roughly 2300 jobs as regional center. With 6 percent of the employed persons, who are busy still in the primary sector, the agriculture has only a small value in the acquisition structure of the population. Agriculture is represented by dairy farming and cattle breeding.
